I've often wondered how safe my images are on Flickr, or any free hosting sites for that matter, like Picassa too.

This story explains they are not so secure, and leaving the legal battle up to a now 17-year old.

Hmm.. time to rethink my Flickr account.  Anyone got any comments/thoughts on this?
